There are also some objectives that define our pathway to success, which is to be a well-known company in Turkey and increasing market share.
Our primary objective for the upcoming five years is to be the company that is well- known by Turkish citizens thanks to its perfect health solutions for every age. Because for us, quantity does not matter but the quality is what matter. Our stakeholders are our immune system. If we become successful in that area, starting from the human resources department, financial department and all others will be successful as well. In order to achieve the objective, we are planning to build online websites, to promote advertisement activities and most importantly show and give value to our honorable customer. To reach our goal through our objectives, our main supporting source will be our customer; and in a developing country like Turkey, our plan to make a customer satisfaction makes our products cheaper than any other similar products. Because our product will cheap it will take the potential customer’s attention and in a short time, we will grow incredibly.
One of the other significant objectives is increasing market share. We would like to increase our share of the market more than %25 before the third quarter of 2020 by improving our customer service. In other words, in less than two years we are planning to be big gamers in the market. Although this seems too ambitious in a competitive environment in developing Turkey, we believe that with a correct business plan, appropriate usage of operational research and industrial engineering tools, and most importantly our wilfully team members we handle this process and get through from all the conditions that are against our improvement and well-being.
