Alaca is a mobile video game that aims to educate players about renewable energy sources and motivate them to use them in a virtual city-building game. The game is intended for young adults interested in learning about renewable energy and its benefits but may find it challenging to combine learning with fun. The game also has several functions, such as allowing players to manage a city’s energy grid and make decisions that affect the city’s development. The game has two modes, Story and Creative. In Story Mode, players take control of an already established city and decide whether they will prioritize green energies or non-renewable energies, each with their own positives and negatives. In Creative Mode, however, the players build a city from scratch using only renewable energies, demonstrating how long it takes to create “green” metropolises. We will publish Alaca on Google Play Store like every other mobile hyper-casual game, and have planned to further publish it in IOS as soon as possible following the game’s initial release.
